Vodacom Rewards Telephonic deals

Rewards from Vodacom phoned me with better deals than my current one's She offered me a R229 deal in stead of my "current contract R359" for the same amount of data, plus 4 months extra on my contract, a saving of R130 pm! On my other line, a 2GB data contract, she offered me for the "same amount R149" 30GB data plus 4 months extra on contract. After accepting these fantastic deals, something was bothering, by checking my account, I found that I was currently paying on the 1st deal only R199 (not R359 like she said) and on the second deal only R105 (not R149 like she said) everything was recorded. Is this not *****? I had to made several phonecalls, after been cutting off several times, to cancel these new deals. One still needed to be cancelled with RAM couriers.
