Vodacom rewards department terrible

I had won a power bank on the summer promotion in Nov 2022. to date i have not received delivery i have been calling in every second week to the call center only to be advised that my query has been escalated

Multiple times i was told the supervisor will call me back - I Am still waiting

This is the second time i have posted on hello peter as well and only once received a call to get asked that if i have received my delivery and the problem has been sorted.
