Vodacom / Rewards Co

On the 26th November 2021 I was contacted by a sales lady from Reward Co (on behalf of Vodacom). She offered me a A32 dual sim phone with Samsung watch, theft cover and contact (10GB data with 200min). I accepted the quote and confirmed she confirmed that it was a dual sim phone. Besides for the delivery taking almost two weeks to arrive, I receive the phone and was surprised to find that the phone was not the dual sim model as required.

I tried to contact 082111 as per the SMS that was sent when I received the quote and this number is no longer in order. I went to a Vodacom store in Southdowns and they confirm the phone is not a dual sim. PS...the lady at the Vodacom shop thought it was super appropriate to remove the sim tray using her mouth and putting spit all over the phone. This will be on another review that I will post on hellopeter.

I contacted Vodacom online chat and the lady said she would get Rewards Co to contact me. So far I have not received any call from them.

I have sent numerous emails to Vodacom customer support and upgrades.

Today I finally managed to get someone to assist, they will collect the phone (which will take 7 working days), then I would need to wait for them (which can take an additional 7-14 working days) to see if they have an A32 dual sim phone.

Now I will need to be phoneless and need to borrow a phone for another month because they did not ensure that the phone was the correct model OR the rewards co company **** about the phone having a dual sim to get a sale.
