Vodacom rewards

Hi, on saturday I received a call from this number +27 (82) ***. I was occupied so my husband answered my phone and the person said they are calling from Vodacom rewards and my husbard thought it's a telesales call and asked them to add my number to your do not contact list. I later checked the number on true caller and realised it's a legit vodacom number so I probably won something from Vodacom rewards. I tried to get assistance from your social media team but they just said the rewards department will call me back but how when my husband mistakenly asked for my number to be placed on your do not contact list? Please can someone from you rewards department contact me. You guys should maybe also look at sending people an sms advising them that someone from your rewards team will make contact because there are so many telesales and ****s out there that people just don't trust certain things.
