Vodacom Review – Extremely Frustrated with Your Service

I’m honestly fed up with Vodacom’s service.

I have a Wi-Fi network with Vodacom that hasn’t been working at all for the past 2–3 weeks. There’s no internet access — not even when I move the SIM card into a phone. It's completely down.

This isn’t the first time we've had issues. Last year, we complained about poor network in our area, and Vodacom told us a nearby tower was faulty and would be fixed in 21 days. It’s now almost a year later, and the problem was never resolved. Now, to make things worse, we’re dealing with a completely unusable network.

We’ve called Vodacom multiple times, trying to get help. They “tried” to fix the issue and then suddenly said the network would be handed over. Handed over to who? Why?

On Monday, we went to the store in person, and they told us that our account was handed over to the legal team. This is absolutely ridiculous because we’ve never missed a payment. We have proof that our account is fully paid up. We also have four active Vodacom accounts and this is the only one not working. It feels like we’re paying for a service we don’t receive, and the customer support is just going in circles with no actual help. I’m tired of excuses, false timelines, and zero accountability.

Vodacom. please fix this and treat your paying customers with the respect we deserve.
