Vodacom "return" payment

I just received a sms four days after payment was made that my payment was returned to my account, I received no return payment from vodacom and now I have to pay two bills, the bill was paid for on the 18th and I have proof of payment on my banking app, I made sure there was enough money for the transaction on the 18th and I am very unhappy with this situation.
