Vodacom Retentions Department are a bunch of cons

I Phoned Vodacom on the 14/1/15 at 16:07 to cancel my contract and a guy named Brilliant attempted to incentivise me by adding 500MB data and 100 inbound minutes. he promised free CLI and connection. Low and behold Mr \Brilliant"never loaded it on the system. Now i have been debitted R1100 from my account. Dont trust the Retentions Department"
