Vodacom Retentions and upgrades have thier wires crossed!
Retentions offered me an incentive to retain my business but doesn't have the deal I prefer, I have to call upgrades who has the deal but can't authorize the incentive!!! Talk about having their wires crossed! This what drives people to cancell their contacts!
