VODACOM RETENTIONS ADVISORS LIE!

I recently called Vodacom to cancel my services with them as I wanted to sign up with MTN instead(better package with more data and cheaper monthly costs) and an advisor in their retentions department convinced me to stick with them if they match MTN's offer.

The advisor promised that I would receive 650 MB of data + AN ADDITIONAL 5 GBs of data for free every month.

They have absolutely **** to me as it shows that I've only received 650 MB of data on my Vodacom app.

They made me sign a 36 month contract with promises that they haven't kept.

I will be taking this matter very seriously if I do not receive the data that I was promised
