vodacom retention is a ****
A month ago I called to cancel my contract, they sold me a cheaper plan instead of cancelling and said I can cancel anytime with no waiting period, when I called to cancel I was sent from told there is a waiting period. Be careful when you speak to those sales retention people they will sell you a lie.
