Vodacom Retention Centre - NIGHTMARE

I’ve had a terrible experience with Vodacom Retention Centre. I decided to switch to MTN for a better deal. After Vodacom offered me a competitive plan, I’ve faced a nightmare trying to finalize my upgrade since last Tuesday. My upgrade was canceled twice, my contract was flagged as *****ulent, and after eight days, I still have no device or feedback. Today, I’m ending both my Vodacom contracts and moving to MTN. For anyone thinking of canceling with Vodacom, be wary of their retention center's empty promises—they only lead to more frustration and additional delays.
