Vodacom Retention & Accounts "Who Does Not Do Their Job????

5 Mar 20 made payment for the Cancellation of one of my Contract numbers at Vodacom Sandton E-Mailed POP and Cancellation Form to "Retention" 19 Mar 20 receive my statement/Invoice, {And you Guessed It - THEY HAVE NOT CANCELLED THE CONTRACT!!!!!

My issue is that the deduction is on Debit Order - So they have just MESSED up my whole account as the incorrect amount will be taken by Vodacom

With this type of ignorance from Vodacom, it Shams me to still have Other Contract & Vodacom Fibre?
