Vodacom Restricted Access

A few months ago, I had to turn on parental settings on my phone as I was lending it to my nephew.

When I got my phone back, I took my ID as requested when the restricted access message pops up, to a Vodacom store. They advised that I purchase a new sim card and do a sim swap as they couldn't reverse this parental control, which I did. I returned to the store and was told again that they couldn't assist me, after following their instructions.

I need my phone to perform certain transactions and to access important websites. What's the point of having certain things available to customers, if you can't reverse them when necessary.

So dissatisfied with Vodacom's services
