Vodacom response unsatisfactory.
Upon my previous posting to Vodacom about my disappeared number *** I was contacted by Olivia who offered to investigate and return to me. I have had no further report back to ***.

Please note that all prepaid simcards on the Vodacom network is governed by an inactivity rule. This means that when a prepaid simcard has been inactive for a period of 120 consecutive days, that number will be deleted. Activity is defined as: - Making or receiving calls, SMS, GPRS, etc. - This includes calls to voicemail and the recharge service - And excludes calls to 111, 114, 1082, 155, 112 (emergency service)
