Vodacom responds in hellopeter but doesn't contact customer.
I published a review last week about Vodacom being uninterested in helping me do an esim swap. The review was answered in Hellopeter but up to date, nobody from Vodacom bothered contacting me. This is an ongoing issue for about 6 months now!!!
