Vodacom resorts to *****

Vodacom sends me a text message advising that my contract term will come to an end shortly I am welcome to upgrade, but should I not wish to upgrade, it will continue on a month-to-month basis I went to a Vodacom store on Saturday and was advise that the only thing that continued, was a reduced call part of the contract, the 2g data and other components of the contract would fall away If this is true, then the message received is ********** and I take issue with Vodacom for resorting to blatant ***** Not sure if there is an ombudsman for this industry or whether one should take legal action
