Vodacom resorts to ******* and cheating insance business prosessess

Vodacom absolutely disappointing and outrageously pathetic service for the so manieth time. I actually lost it this time with Vodacom as I cannot handle it anymore. They messed up both my data and mobile contract. They provided a new data contract with a router not working, I could still live with that but then they went and increase the quote value by R30 and added to that the brand-new contract will be due for an annual increase within a month adding another R30 rand to the contract. This is insane, who on earth does this, this is ******* and cheating at its best (ref no1-***9492). They refuse to assist they blocked my number from calling them and I cannot sort this problem out. If I call, I now have to call at a rate of R2 per minute to a number they provided.

Secondly, I tried to sort out the data contract and was phoning for the so manieth time this month after being told many different stories by different agents about the increase in my data contract. Speaking to this agent he diverted from the data contract and suggested an overall solution to the problem by selling a new phone to me. I asked for him to first email me the quotation then I will phone back and confirm. He gave me his name and said when I phone back I need to ask for him from the *** number, Obviously the person with this name did not exist and I received a phone two days later. I phoned Vodacom for maybe the millionth time, this month as this is how I am feeling by now. Then I speak to the supervisor and I just loose it with his attitude and the information he provides. I just could not handle all the bullying and incompetence and people deciding what to do with my money. I had to put the phone down because what I was told is totally outrageous and I could not remain calm anymore. I phoned back and another agent arranged for the phone to be collected from me that I have not ordered or agreed to but should have confirmed. I was suspicious about this because he was laughing at me as if I was an idiot when I started speaking to him. I then phoned back to discover that they blocked my number because I supposedly phone them to much due to their incompetence and am not getting anywhere and then if you lose it is your fault that they are bullying you and mess around with you. So now my number is blocked, and I cannot phone Vodacom for any query unless I dial a number provided by Vodacom costing me R2 per minute. I purchased airtime to phone but they have overridden this as well and still charged me R2 per minute. Close to a R100 later I managed to phone and got through to someone that was working remotely, and they transferred me to an agent who confirmed my suspicions that the phone contract that I was manoeuvred into was not cancelled. This agent locked the cancellation and gave me a reference number S-CSVR80FIU to have the phone collect. I received one missed call from Vodacom the day after and another the after. Then RAM couriers’ phone from an address 8 years ago to ask where am I they want to collect the phone, needless to say the phone was not collected. Now suddenly I am notifying me of my new contract price plan with ref no: ***. Outrageous. How can people decide what to do with my money in both my data and mobile contracts. I cannot phone them as they blocked me from calling them unless I use the R2 per minute option where they rob me from my money. What on earth is going one here. I cannot cancel the phone as I cannot speak to anybody. They are forcing a new phone on me and a data contract with exorbitant price increases. Insanity and lawlessness. Vodacom is now also interfering with my work time trying to sort out this problem *****ing my bosses time and money.

Not sure about all these reference numbers, there are a few and not all are the same, I really hope someone can help me here.
