Vodacom requests litigation for bad service

After fighting with Vodacom for over a month about my loss of income because of there bad handling and lies about my data contract, and having to cancel my lessons due to their courier Skynetworld Couriers texting me and saying my router was being delivered then 2 hrs later saying they cannot deliver will do the next day. After waiting 4 days on the courier a 3rd party delivered to me. Thato Makgopa who was dealing with this issue said I must send the loss of income bill to Maria Mosoau and cc him. He blocked my email as a subsequent email went through to *** acknowledging and listening to the recordings he said Vodacom had made many faults. He said I must bill for compensation and Maria Mosoeu was the person in charge to pay me out.Vodacom has now made a 180 degree turn around and said I must sue them and take them to court. This is the second time Vodacom has caused me to lose income. On their record they have that they paid me out R5 000 for blocking my prepaid business no about 5 years ago. So they have a record that their staff follow their own instincts and not protocol. Its time Vodacom stood by their customers and pay them out for there unprofessional work demeanour and must be made accountable for this.I will now go to court to sue them as they now refuse to pay for my loss of earnings as when the router eventually arrived they could not activate as the person dealing with had never completed her correctly and long weekend where I needed to use the router to download an event in the United States was being livestreamed so I could use it here did not happen which incurred further losses to income. People be very wary when dealing with Vodacom as they are quick to take your money and not give the services they promise.
