Vodacom representatives are rude!!!

I just received a call from a Vodacom representative, she tells me that this call is recorded and tells me how I deplete my airtime and data on the contract package I have. She then becomes very rude telling me that I am not the owner of the contact and she hangs up on me. That’s pathetic service, how can someone disturb someone’s peace and make such accusations telling me I’m not the owner of the contract. Why she call me then. Her name is Bongiwe I would like that something be done about this. I’m a long serving customer I deserve way better treatment than that
