Vodacom Reppair LakeSide Sucks

These guys advertise themselves as accepting all networks (phones from all networks) and yet: 1. They are not able to send the devices to their advanced repair team if the device is not from Vodacom. 2. If the device (under warranty) is not fixable, they cannot replace it. They refer you to your network. Why them waste people's time instead of saying you only accept Vodacom devices.

I'm really disgusted with these guys. they kept my device for 3 weeks sending false SMSs to me. When I went to collect my device I got contradicting information from what they have been sending me via SMSs.
