VODACOM REPLY
Hi Had a response from Vodacom about my review. They asking fir salesman that assisted me. But supp**** no return email address. So, I'm replying on Site. The salesman has left the company. Name of salesman, that I dint know. Surely it's on Vodacom system. Besides, it's still Vodacom Ness that caused thus issue.... just sort it out, and refund me the R149.99 back for invalid contact....that simple. Kay it to rest, instead of carring on eithout a cause of resolving

Vodacom attempted to make contact with the you, however you've blocked Vodacom until a lawyer got a hold of you and explained to you that you are in arrears with Vodacom and account is in Pre-Legal state.
The Collections Department also tried several times to contact you with no luck. You may contact the Pre-Legal Division on ***. Regards Consumer Website Team
Vodacom attempted to make contact with the you, however you've blocked Vodacom until a lawyer got a hold of you and explained to you that you are in arrears with Vodacom and account is in Pre-Legal state.
