Hi,

Kindly note I am very disappointed how consultant Nomava Manyamalala handled my case.

I submitted an insurance claim against my handset, and after being treated very argumentative and disinterested in me as a client, and ended up booking my handset in as chargeable.

I have been paying R200 per month for over two years for insurance, and to have my claim rejected at counter level is unacceptable and unprofessional. Please deal with this consultant, and ensure my case is processed correctly, I will not accept this unprofessional service.
