Vodacom repairs useless on Apple

Apple IPhone 6 with faulty battery taken to Cresta Vodacom 4U shop. Phone spent 1 month at the \repair center"only to return with the same problem. One week later I took it back with the same problem and it spent 1 month and 1 week at the repair center only to be returned yet again with the same problem. I charge the IPhone 6 for over 18 hours and the battery last almost 5 hours on normal / average use. My old IPhone 5's battery lasts longer than that on full use!!! This is totally unacceptable. <br> <br> It should not take 5 weeks to replace a battery!!! And why do the lie about a warranty repair"
