Vodacom Repairs Useless Company
The most useless insurance service offered by the most useless of companies. Had to book my device in with no loan device given even though I'm entitled to one. Got told it will take 2 weeks to repairs. After 4 weeks I still have not received my device. Take the R400 pm you spend on insurance at this useless company and find an insurance provider that will fix your phone on the spot for you if not they will give you a new phone. Don't ever consider using useless Vodacom Repairs. *********** unhelpful staff to boot.
