Vodacom repairs ****ty service

<p>I had booked in my Iphone 5S at vodacom heidelberg mall for repairs. 2 weeks later I get a quote of R3500 for a fault that should have been covered by warranty. The phone is 6 months old with litrally no signs of physical damage on it. According to vodacom repairs i had been charded due to damage to the phone! I had requested proof of this so called "physical damage" and up to date have not recieved a response. I am now unable to recive any business calls and this pathetic service is causing a service disruption to my business! I cannot be reached via cellphone as my phone has been with the repair centre for 3 weeks now. As a vodacom customer i find such service intolerable. WILL SOMBODY FROM VODACOM RESPOND TO THE EMAILS I HAVE BEEN SENDING AND GIVE ME A NEW **** PHONE!!!!! </p>
