Vodacom repairs takes too long with lies and possible *****ing money.
About 2 weeks ago i gave my phone in at Vodacom shop at Highveld mall in Witbank to fix my broken screen and overheating battery. The Vodacom employee who helped me told me it would take 5 to 7 working days to repair it is now already 10 working days and i am leaving for vacation tomorrow they passed their "limit" of 5 to 7 working days and now they told me the insurance only approved it today and is not yet send in for repairs they also want me to pay a fee of R500 in for the insurance for a reason they don't want too tell me. I pay my insurance every month of R250 wich covers up to R25000 in repairs for accidental cover and ****** phone but they still want me to pay R500 in for a reason they cant tell me and the phone is only "approved" by insurance today already past the 7 day limit now at 10 days they only sent it in now for repairswhen i asked them how long it would take they did not tell me and told me to leave because they dont know and when i asked themif it is possible to deliver at an other Vodacom store where i am at when i leave for vacation they told me to pay in more money for shipping this service is unacceptable that they **** to me about how long it would take and wants more time that they don't tell me how long and wants me to pay in R500 for a reason they don't want to tell me and the words of the employee was "R500 must be paid cash before you can receive your phone" witch it is odd that it must be in cash because they are probably *****ing the money and asks for extra for shipping as well.
