Vodacom repairs shop Fourways

I've received nothing, but poor service for the the vodacom Fourways Repair Shop, firstly when you call they answer calls when they feel like it.

my device has been with them for over a month I have to keep calling them. Firstly they told me that it it's on route back to the shop which I must collect and I'll make my payment there, after 2 days I was told a different story the device is still with them(that's after calling them multiple times to no avail) .

Then after a week I called again it took me 10 attempts before they could answer then they told me the device is ready and waiting for payment, they said they sent an sms which I never received with the banking details, I asked them to email those banking details, even now I'm still waiting for those details almost a week later. Now I've had to go to a shop which is completely far away just to get a device which I should have received 3 weeks ago already. The service at their shop is even worse.
