Vodacom Repairs Pathetic!!!!!!

Since my last letter about Vodacom not repairing my phone under warranty,i got one call from Vodacom with empty promises,i told them i booked the phone in again on monday,they said they will follow up with repair centre and keep me updated,but since then no one has phoned me again.Vodacom you are terrible,you take my money every month but i have to beg to get my Samsung phone fixed under warranty.I certainly know that i must make a move to MTN,maybe they will give me something in return for my money!!!!!!!
