Vodacom repairs or insurance is a total let down..never again

I took my son's phone for repairs at vodacom Eastrand mall n they couldn't fix it n sent it to Eastgate for repairs, i received an sms stating dy will replace the fone since dy couldn't fix it...i phoned them to ask cn i go to any vodacom store and i was told i should go to eastrand mall bcoz thats whr i took the phone...when I get to eastrand mall,they know nothing and can't help me ..so I just feel vodacom is *********** with their insurance and nver again will i carry on with them..can't wait to terminate this contract
