Vodacom repairs menlyn is disgusting

The service I'm getting at vodacom menlyn is disgusting, , my phone had a charging issue, the quotation was more than 5k, they had to change the screen apparently it's compulsory.they fixed a whole lot of things using **** products but failed to fix the real real reason the phone was taken to them in the first place and it stop working on third day, I would try and try it would charge sometimes or not charge at all and I took it back, and the story changed its now physical damage, my phone has a dent meaning I dropped it, I know I didn't drop that phone and that dent wasn't there, requested footage, I was told tome come when I got there they couldn't find the footage and I had to go back, @Alison repairs
