Vodacom Repairs Mega City, Mmabatho

I took my Samsung phone in for repairs at Vodacom shop at Mega City February 2022 and I was informed via sms that my phone was repaired and ready for collection on the 7 Feb 2022. "Good news, your device is completed at VODACOM REPAIRS MMABATHO it will take up to 3 working days with courier to get to where you booked it in. Please bring your ID/drivers licence." The whole amount for the repairs amounted to R7000.00 and I agreed to pay it in with installments. I paid an amount of R2000 for my first installment. On the 3rd of June I went to the store to finish my payment and collect my phone they told me that they can't assist me because they were updating their system. I called again on the 20th June because no one called me back with feedback regarding my device of which I was informed that they don't have my phone on the new system. I have not received my phone to date and when I call the store they say they will get back to me but they never do. I waste my airtime trying to find out where is my device. The is no sense of urgency and the stuff doesn't care really. I need my device it has valuable information on it and I need a solution I am tired of waiting without a way forward. Very disappointed in their work ethic in resolving my matter.
