Vodacom Repairs Lakeside Mall bad service yet again.

This is my second review in a week. After my last post about the horrible service I have been receiving from the Vodacom repairs store at Lakeside Mall, a lady contacted me and told me that someone from the store will be in contact with me with regards to the phone being replaced. I don't understand how it can take 1 month for a supplier to deliver stock since people walk into the store and take out contracts on a daily basis. Today when I called o enquire as it seems customer service or care is of no importance to this store the system is now offline... I am extremely annoyed and upset as this is now the 4th week that I do not have a phone and to top of it off I am paying for a handset that is not in my possession. I can understand if it took a week to come through but 1 whole month? That is just insane
