VODACOM REPAIRS IS USELESS

My Phone went in for repairs. Gave it in at Vodacom Kimberley and was told it must be sent away. It is been now more than 2 weeks and im still waiting for a quote.they sent me a SMS with Job number ***1 that they waiting for parts but I still did not receive a quote. Vodacom Kimberley's service are excellent and the lady helps me as far as she can,but I think she is just as frustrated as I am with Vodacom Repairs. At the Time I had to go buy a new phone(cheap one since I do a lot of work from my phone) since they did not had loan phone and Im struggling with this phone since I was not anticipating to wait more than 2 weeks for repairs but im still waiting on a quote. Im still waiting for the agents at repairs to call me back,since they said they would(told them they will not). The lady in Kimberley keeps me updated,but she can only do that much.
