Vodacom Repairs Disgusting Service

Vodacom is absolute disgrace. Every time we need to upgrade or deal with any of the staff, its an horrible service. We app**** for an upgrade in store and after being harassed about our choice of phone, the sales assistant after two hours eventually gave us the phone we wanted. After 6 days the new phone stopped working and the software crashed, we returned to the store and after 2 hours of refusing to take the phone in for repairs they eventually did. It has been an up and down every since the phone has been in for repairs, received the text that the phone has been returned for repairs and that it is ready for collection. The store has not answer the phone for a few days and after waiting for 5 min + on my 17th call someone answered. This staff member informed me that the phone is there and even though I received a text we are not allowed to pick up the phone. We then received a text saying the phone has been collected, we called back and after the phone being put down in our ear a few times they just told us that we are still now allowed to collect. Such disgusting service!
