Vodacom repairs damaged my phone

On 14/01/2015 I took my blackberry into Vodacom Tygervally. (system software faulty). It was book in (under warranty). job nr. (***4). A few days later I received a call from Allan at the repair centre, asked me if I will accept a quote for just over R1300.00. I asked him if it was not covered by the warranty & he explained, due to the phone being damaged, the warranty will not cover it. I was outraged because when the phone was handed in there was absolutely no damage to the phone (as captured on check sheet by the consultant Charvonne). I requested a picture of the damages. I couldn't believe it, the front cover and screen had a huge crack and was broken. Now they want to make me liable for the damages they caused. I called the CRM department and spoke to a lady named Verna. She asked me to email her the details and the pictures and she will follow up with it. Well, my phone is now badly damaged and sitting in the shop. Every time I call or email someone, all they can say is \I WILL FOLLOW UP AND CALL YOU BACK"It's been a while now and nobody has called or emailed me and I'm sitting without a phone. It's really PATHETIC. There is absolutely no \""POWER TO YOU\"" from Vodacom"""
