Vodacom Repairs

I started a new contract with vodacom last year where we had taken two IPhone 6 , but one of these phones have given us such a problem that it has been fixed 7 times already, the phone was sent for repairs a week ago due to being stuck on earphone mode and this was the 3rd time , now the phone has been sent back but now it battery life is horrible I went back to vodacom and they had told me they need to send the phone back to joburg where it was fixed for last problem it had , people don’t understand that I work with this phone and can not afford to not have a phone for a week like the last time , am not happy with this service
