Vodacom repairs centre poor service

So i got the Sony m4 aqua brand new from vodacom , stalling , overheating , lagging, no reception and the list goes on , i send the phone away 2 months ago as the camera failed to rotate and \camera not available issues . 3 weeks later i recieved the phone and emediatly i noticed the front and back of cover full of scrathces . i left it like that and a week in the phone did not unlock anymore , had to remove the sim to restart the phone and once lock you have to restart again . So i sent it off again just to recieve the phone with the same issue and half torned of protecter film , now phone plays videos once in a while if i can get it unlocked and this all for camera repairs , what to do if they cannot repair phones , been struggling without a phone and just to recieve a repaired phone back in even worse condition , was happy with service but they need to fix this or replace this stupid phone and get qualified people to repair the phones"
