Vodacom Repairs Centre, horrible service

What a terrible experience and lies by Vodacom Repairs Centre!!!!!!!! I booked my Galaxy Note 10i for a broken screen with Vodacom Repairs centre last week Tuesday the 11 February with a turn around of 2-3 days to get my phone back. today its the 17th with no success on the their call centre. Stories and excuses. keep on changing each time we follow up. I'm a very frustrated Vodacom Red contract client with limited communication since I've booked my phone. I'm definitely cancelling Vodacom as a Service Provider including 21 other contracts for my business.
