Vodacom Repairs breaks phone

Absolutely disgusted at Vodacom, I took my iPhone 6 in for repairs for a charging port problem and then they charge me to fix it and then I get the phone back and test it in store and it doesn't work at all. I then sent it to back to Vodacom Repairs and then I get news today that the phone is dead but they won't do anything to help. The phone has a 2 year warranty, one year with vodacom and one year with apple.

The fact that this repairs process took since 21st September is disgusting enough but now they won't help at all meanwhile it was broken while under repairs as the phone does not start at all now. It went in with a battery /charging problem and is now totally dead.

Very disgusted and disheartened with their service and repairs.
