Vodacom Repairs Beyound PATHETIC

Phone was booked in for repair,after 3 weeks got it back with same problem,they said no problem found.Vodacom is so Pathetic,but if you have to pay for a repair they found lots of problems so that you must pay,but if warranty and all costs is for them to pay,they always say no problem found.After this Vodacom phoned me with a no care attitude and said i must:booke phone in again and just wait.They are so Pathetic i cant beleive after 20 years a Vodacom customer wit 2 to 3 Contracts by them,THEY JUST DONT GIVE A ****N.MY first jOBCARD NR WAS ***1,The guy at Vodashop also said Vodacom is terrible with their repairs???????!!!!!!!!.Why do Vodacom has such a attitude and no care Policy with their customers.People must please be carefull of Vodacoms sceams !!!!!!!!!!
