Vodacom Repairs Alberton Newmarket mall

I booked my phone in for repairs via the branch at trade route mall to Vodacom alberton repairs. I was told that someone from the branch will contact me and that my phone will be fixed within 3 weeks, it's now going for the 6th week running and I have not received any feedback or any form of communication from Vodacom. I WANT AND NEED MY PHONE BACK!!
