Vodacom Repairs
I have Booked in my phone to be repaired because it doesn't focus and pictures are blurry. It was now booked in the 3rd time and the fault stays the same, every time I get SMS messages saying it was sent for advance repairs and every time the same issue exists not even taking it out of The Vodacom shop, the consultant normally picks this up immediately and send the issue is the same. The service is pathetic I have escalated it to Vodacom with no feedback. Repair Job#: ***7 and Job number is ***7 waiting on the third job number now. I have been with Vodacom for 30 this is the last straw.

07 Dec 2020, 10:20Got the phone call from Vodacom, the person had no clue on the history of what happened, got an SMS that it sends to advance repairs than a week later get an SMS that it will be sent for repairs to nearest repair outlet. Phone Vodacom repairs only to be informed it will be shipped today for repair. This is beyond rediculous worse service I have ever experienced. Really the feeling they just don't give a ****. Job number ***8

I want a new phone you can clearly see that the photos are blurry I cannot understand how it is not possible for a technical person not to pick it up. For 2 months now I have paid a monthly instalment and I could not use my phone. It is an R26K phone and I got nowhere with Vodacom. Cleary is time to follow a new avenue and make this more public.
