Vodacom Repairs a ****

I took my I phone 7 into vodaworld because it had the fault where the speaker was greyed out and you could not hear the caller on the other side. They said that if they could not fix the phone they would need to offer a replacement phone, how ever I knew it could be repaired because it is a common problem and all that needs to be done is replace the ci. But they called and said I needed to pay R7000 for a secondhand replacement phone. I said no I will have it fixed and when I collected it the home screen was not working.

They made me wait forever for a answer and when they came back to me they said they dont have the capabilities to fix the micro parts. So what I want to know is if they don’t fix micro parts and this is a common problem why go and open the phone and return it to me with more damaged than when it was booked in. Why not from the beginning tell me to go to a IStore! So now from a phone that just needed one part fixed it is now irreparable and they won’t take responsibility! This is absolute dishonesty!

For a fact, if they check their cameras the person who booked in the phone had to go into the phone settings to find the IMEI number to book it in.
