Vodacom repairs
Vodacom repairs is the worst, my device has been in for the 5th repair that is a factory defect and they don't want to exchange it for a new device just repair it so it lasts a month then it breaks again. They promised me a credit after the 3rd time it broke and it never happend. Just got off the phone with them and they repaired my device again not exchanged it like they promised, each time I lose all my data and its my time and fuel to drive all the way to Potch to book it in the last repair took over 2 months that is totally ridiculous. Wont ever do bussiness with them again they are the worst

25 Apr 2022, 17:36That is nonsense there is paper trails that stated and shows that it was taken back more than 5 times already and on that job number it states that the device was broken each time now I have to waste my time and fuel again to pick up a broken device which will last only 30 days and break and lose all my data for the 6th time this is ridiculous. I really thought hello peter will do more than just take the side off vodacom after seeing it for yourself that the device is faulty and has been repaired more than 5 times, I am disappointed in you Hello Peter really thougt you guys could've helped better.
