Vodacom repairs

<p>I gave my Samsung Note 4 phone in at Vodacom Bethal Branch Executive Sound for screen repair. They said they are going to send it away for Repair. It ended up at the vodacom repair centre Nelspruit. The phone still came on and you could work with the electroninc pen on it. After a few days that they did not come back to my I phoned them. They said that they received a quotation for R3200. I told them that it was almost more than what the phone is worth now and requested form them to send it back. When I received it back they totally broke it. The screen does not come on at all now and I can not recover my photos. I request vodacom to contact me and give me someone to get the screen back on to recover my photos!</p>
