Vodacom Repairs

I handed my phone in at my local ~Scottburgh Vodacom for further repairs as there is a problem with the battery connecftion. The repair centre in Durban phones me today to not acknowledge the probglem but tell me to buy a new battery. When I informed them that they gave me the batter in March when I handed it in so its their new battery. They refused to accept this. I told them I got a phone call telling me I was getting a new battery and that the calls are recorded so check up on it. She refused. I also received my print out when I picked up the phone three months ago saying it was a new battery. But she refused that they ever gave it to me. ITS ON THEIR SYSTEM, LOO****!! you printed a document saying it! So now they won't sort the problem and further to this discussion I get a SMS saying I have to go to durban to pick up.... REALLY!!!!! I handed it in in Scottburgh, what on earth are you playing at. This is shocking I expect it back at Scottburgh
