Vodacom repairs

To whom it may concern,

Let me start this email by saying that I have been a long-tem customer for vodacom, always paid my debit orders on time and am currently completely dismayed by your lack of attention to service

During this problem, absolutely no one has tried to resolve the complaint, and in contrast the manager at the vodacom repairs center in bloemfontein has been extremely unhelpful.

My husbands iphone 6s (please see the attached job number) which is currently on my contract was booked into Vodacom repairs Bloemfontein on the 26 March 2020 because it did not want to connect to wifi.

The phone then stayed there for approximately 4 months, no body was in contact with us to communicate whether the phone was fixed or not. While the phone was just lying in Bloemfontein, the warrantee expired.

He then went back to try and collect the phone. The problem was still not resolved and was told to come back in ten days. After ten days the problem was still not resolved, we were then told to phone Apple to try and get an extension to the warrantee, however this was clearly not our responsibility as the phone had not left the premises in Bloemfontein for over FIVE MONTHS.

I then phoned the repairs center, was given no help, and in fact every time I phoned in was told that the matter would be investigated which it clearly was not...

I completely exhausted trying to sort out an issue that has resulted from a complete disregard for even the basic levels of service.

I have one month left on my vodacom contract and will be cancelling that with immediate effect as I can't believe the level of service that I have received.
