Vodacom repair struggles

I booked my handset in for repairs on the 26/05/2022. Today is the 28/06/2022 and Vodacom has not called me once to update me regarding my phone. I have to call the useless repair center number hold till some blessed soul needs to help me . Today I spoke to a lady again and she was rude as hell. I don't know what to do thats why I asking the questions but won't this lady tone change in the call. I accepted the quote 3 time before anything was done because the 1st two call center agents never clicked. Then you try calling the repair center lake side mall Beoni and thats even worst because repair phone rings till it tells you mail box full and when you call the sales department they transfer you with listening to the fact that they have transfered you about 10 times to repairs amd there is no answer. Final a lady listens to you and say I will transfer your call to the managers amd guess what ? No answer. Sorry Vodacom but I will not be renewing my lines . I have been with you fir 10 years and had insurance on both line . I will spend money with a company that looks after the customers
