VODACOM REPAIR SHOP WHERE IS MY PHONE!?!?!?!?!

My Huawei P10 phone had to have the screen replaced, and I signed it in at the Langebaan Vodacom shop. 2 weeks later they phoned me with a quote. A week later I had the money and EFTed it to them. I sent an email with pmt confirmation, yet received No response from them. After phoning on and off for about a week, someone finally picked up the phone! Alas, I needed to speak to someone else, who wasn't available at the time, and I couldn't hold, because she wasn't in the office. But yes, they did receive my pmt. I was told she would return my call. As it goes, I'm a busy mom with family and career, so I realised 2 days later that no one returned my calls. I'm also getting very agitated, because I just spent almost R2k to fix a phone, and after almost 6 weeks, I still don't have it. I phoned again, no sorry, have to speak to this person, not in, no manager (Eugene) is also not in, can't say how long it will take or why phone have not been fixed yet. Will return my call. Again, nothing happens. Today marks 3 Weeks since I made the payment, 6 weeks since my phone was handed in. I was told it would take about 3 weeks to get my phone back. So now I wonder, what did happen to my phone??? Did someone picket it or my money??? It's all very vague. NOT PLEASED AT ALL!!!
