Vodacom Repair service is the worst!!

On the 15th of June I sent my phone in for repairs. The phone would not charge. They keep sending me a SMS that I should pay R1 482, for physical damage. My phone was in an excellent condition, there is no sign of physical damage. I am very disappointed in their service.
